We are very happy to stay at your villa The staff is excellent The whatsapp group is great, very convenient and always available. Thanks for everything. Some points for improvement 1. The ants in the kitchen and outside 2. The sunbeds are outside without mattresses (we asked and were told that there are no mattresses) And in general, a villa that hosts 4-6 guests must have a respectable outdoor seating area and not just 2 sunbeds.

Not walkable to town up a very steep hill

Overall it was alright. Visible cracks in the walls in our villa but it was quite comfortable. Not walkable or close to anything as it’s up a very steep hill that the local taxi drivers are hesitant to drive up. As of mid September 2022 it cost 500baht each way out into town and back, which is very expensive for Thailand. Could not book rideshare (grab) anywhere on the island and was essentially stuck in the house on the first night when it was raining. Ended up renting motorcycles and parking down the hill to avoid an accident trying to ascend/descend the steep wet hill. Should have booked a hotel closer to the beach
