Amari is the place to stay in Koh Samui if you are looking for a family friendly resort that is close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The staff are all wonderful, friendly and fantastic with kids. Our 3 year old daughter was very spoilt by all the staff and really enjoyed the kids room and kids pools. The service from Kwan the restaurant manager and all of the hotel staff far exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back to visit Amari resort.

The location was fantastic as was the staff. Our fridge didn’t work for most of the stay, whilst we had an attentive mechanic look at it, it wasn’t replaced when advised. Such a small thing in an overall fantastic experience. Would highly recommend! Very clean rooms and beautiful friendly staff!

Even though we got upgraded due to faulty aircon I think I would have preferred our garden view room we got moved to a Thai villa these rooms not so great also our patio was too enclosed
