This is the only condo resort in Poipu that is directly on a sandy beach. Other condos are on a rocky shoreline or a long walk or drive to the beach. Spectacular ocean views from inside the living room and master bedroom. Steps to the sand. No other units above or below. Koa wood flooring throughout, new kitchen and bathrooms, new furnishings. Spacious 2-level condo with open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, remodeled kitchen and new furnishings. Everything you need is included in this condo - linens, bedding, fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs/towels, boogie boards, umbrella, cooler and all resort amenities including on-site office, security, maintenance, housekeeping, pool, waterslide, jacuzzi, tennis, pickleball, basketball, shuffleboard courts, golf course, outdoor bbqs. The sunny south shore offers a perfect holiday all year long. Great property with amazing views of the beach. Everything was as described which met our family of four for seven nights. Would stay here again. We enjoyed the walk along the water past several hotels and towards a shopping center which was convenient.

We had coffee on the balcony in the mornings looking over the beach, walked to the beach, took surf lessons, and watched the sunset nightly - all without having to drive. We also traveled plenty to take hikes, dine out, etc. We will be going back!

Wonderful ocean view condo

We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, well-appointed, clean and comfortable two bedroom condo. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves and surfers. While there is a parking lot between the condo and the beach, that didn’t distract from the view nor cause any bothersome noise. We will definitely stay in this unit again!

The Perfect Beach Rental in Poipu

Kim was a great communicator and made the booking easy for us. We were already familiar with the area and the rental was in the perfect location right across the street from the Sheraton/Kiahuna Beach - perfect for surfing, sun, and sand! The rental had everything we needed - most of all, AC and a washer/dryer (not easy to find). Thanks so much for a wonderful stay - so spacious and comfortable!

We had a wonderful experience at this condo

This condo is in a great location right across the street from the beach and within walking distance from shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and there were beach chairs and equipment available for us to use. I was very impressed with all the kitchen appliances that were available for us to use. That was very helpful for a family. We were able to make food in the condo and didn’t have to go out and eat for every meal. The communication was excellent and we were grateful for all the information and tips the managers emailed us prior to our arrival. We were able to plan our vacation thanks to all the helpful links they sent us. I highly recommend this resort and condo.

We loved our stay at the Kaihuna Plantation. The location is perfect. Beds are comfortable. The noise from the bullfrogs and roosters is a bit loud very early in the mornings, But that’s part of the experience. The grounds are beautiful! The pool area is nice but a ways away from the condo. The concierge was very helpful in booking our helicopter tour which was definitely a highlight

This place was gorgeous. Everything was updated, the kitchen and living room were huge. It was perfect for two couples. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. It’s in a great building, a little off to the side by the Sheraton and close to the beach. This is a great choice if you’re looking for a larger, two bedroom unit. Kim is a great host. Very available and helpful.

Beautiful Condo!

We had an amazing stay with our two two elementary school age kids. The condo was perfectly outfitted with boogie boards, umbrellas and chairs that made the outing to the beach seamless. The condo itself has everything a family could want including extra linens, a well outfitted kitchen and an in-unit washer/dryer to clean up all the gear after adventures. The thing we enjoyed most was our evenings eating dinner on the lanai watching the beautiful sunset. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Vacation- Perfect Location

We stayed for a beautiful 11 days. Kim was super easy to work with and the rental couldn't have been In better condition. The location is within easy walking distance to many beaches. We walked to Poipu many times quite easily with an 18 month old. The property is surrounded by beautiful landscaping and shops right across the street. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Comfortable for a family of four and a mother in law. Thanks Kim- hope to come back soon!

The Condo was most beautiful in every respect! Our disappontments were with the flights of stairs seperating the kitchen/living room from the first floor bathrooms and bedrooms! We are senior citizens, so the 16 flights of stairs were cobersome to put it mildly! Looking at the Photographs, of the web site, it very cleary shows a parking lot view and that is actually a true represendation of the condo view of Poupoi Beach! Make no mistake the condo is beautiful as is the location right on Poupoi Beach but the down side of the stairs and parking lot is worth cosidertion!

Nothing beats the Plantation for your stay on Hawaii! This is the third time we have stayed here and would highly recommend it. I drove around to look at some of the places I had also considered and quickly realized we made the right choice. Not only are you right there on the beach, but it is truly one of the best beaches for swimming, snorkeling and even minor surfing. We visited three other popular beaches and all agreed this one was better than those! The owner of our condo was quick to respond to all emails and questions. The rental hut right at the beach is awesome to have. I was going to suggest some beach chairs in our unit but learned too late that I could have got some from the hut. So read the welcome material! :). Our condo even gave us a view of the Sheraton luau which was a fun bonus. We loved sitting on the deck and listening to the music. Overall the staff was super helpful and friendly and the onsite restaurant (Plantation Gardens) was amazing and relatively inexpensive compared to Hawai’i in general. Only one comment specific to our actual unit. The view of the ocean is amazing. However the parking lot that is between this unit and the beach can get a bit loud, especially on the weekends. Local surfers and grounds maintenance start showing up at 6am and young beach goers are out there until midnight. We finally had to ask some kids at midnight to turn down their music booming from the car. But they quickly complied and were great about it. So it wouldn’t be the first choice at the plantation of the units with ocean views, but it still sure beats the garden view units even with the added noise.
