ALIHI LANI. This small, 6 unit complex is a 'Real Gem', according to the Ultimate Kauai Guidebook. Enjoy endless views from our oceanfront pool. The front landscaped area also has two gas grills and comfy lawn furniture.

OCEANFRONT. Our premium second floor location has direct unobstructed ocean views is less than 50 yards from the pounding surf. Watch ocean life and spectacular sunsets from the 184 square foot covered lanai. Year-round you will see turtles and dolphins - and during whale season the show is right in front of you.

LOCATION. The Sheraton beach is located less than 5 minutes walk. There you can enjoy snorkeling, beach swimming, surf lessons, and sunbathing. Restaurants, groceries, and shopping are also within easy walking distance.

FLOOR PLAN. Our home has two true master suites, both with bathrooms directly accessible from the sleeping area. Every room has super quiet, efficient air conditioning with individual controls. The setup is ideal for two couples or a family of up to 5. Lanai, Kitchen, Dining, Living, and one Bedroom all have spectacular ocean views.

REMODELED. Furnishing and finishes are always being upgraded. Kitchen is fully remodeled. Soaking tub in remodeled bathroom, tile floors throughout living spaces, and new living room furniture.

AMENITIES. Our home is equipped with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your vacation. It is luxuriously appointed with high quality linens and towels. Kauai-made soaps, shampoos, and lotion are provided. We also supply boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella, and a cooler for your outings. For evenings in, we have HDTV smart TV's, games, books and binoculars for whale/turtle watching. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing any type of meal.

Alihi Lani is now a 'NO SMOKING' property both inside the unit and in the common areas.

Our units are not well suited to small children. Please call or email if you plan to travel with children before making your reservation.

The property was immaculate upon arrival. The rooms and beds were comfortable, the view was spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked. The community was quiet and everything was in walking distance. Cynthia is the perfect host, easy to contact with any questions. The condo was one of the best that we have stayed at in Hawaii: clean and well kept and the view was incredible. We sat on the patio for hours watching for whales.

The VRBO was very clean and had everything we could expect a 10 on a scale of 1-10.The location was excellent and seeing turtles in the morning was a bonus. The view of the pool and thenocean was perfect. We ltook advantage of the grills by the pool ti make steaks one night. Cynthia made herself available and chatting with her was a pleasure. Best beach house

When they say best beach house they mean it. Perfect location, wonderful home right on the ocean. They thought of everything. Condo is supplied with all you need to have a great time. Only property on the street with a pool and only six units are huge benefits also.

GREAT 2nd-floor, great view. Everything was a great couple of things. I texted them that the coffee maker needed help replaced within two hours, and the TV bracket required help. They were there on the spot. The pool was nice, it was a great place to walk every day, and it was very quiet on the south end of the island, which is the only place to say weather-wise, there was no rain before November, not bad after November, everything was 20 minutes away close to the airport just the best I give the place a 10 + Thank you. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The unit and grounds are very clean and updated. The unit also had everything we needed as far as beach chairs, coolers etc.. Couldn’t have asked for a better view from the lanai. Cynthia is very responsive and wants to make sure your stay is perfect! We will definitely stay here again.on our next trip!

Excellent condo in great location

This unit came as advertised and reviewed by others. Super clean and easy check in. Easy walk to beach at Sheraton and Shops at Kukui'ula. Loved the private pool for the complex, There are only 6 units and all were full, but it still felt like it you were the only residents. This is one spot that the actual matches the high reviews on-line!

Awesome location! Great town with so much to see and do within minutes of this place. Fully furnished with everything you would need for your stay away from home. Quiet location! Saw sunrise, sunset, dolphins, whales, turtles, seals, birds all from the comfort of the balcony. Enjoyed going to sleep and waking to the sound of the waves.

Fantastic oceanfront condo!

We stayed at Alihi Lani 5 with another couple for 5 days. This beautiful oceanfront condo had a wonderful ocean view and location. We took many morning walks along the water and it was very convenient to everything. We all enjoyed the lanai for morning coffee, evening dinners, and sunsets. The condo was extremely well appointed with anything you would need. It was perfect for 2 couples with plenty of room to spare. We would definitely recommend and return to this fantastic condo!

Perfect!

We had the best stay at this property and can't wait to stay again! The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. Sitting on the lanai was our favorite activity. We could see turtles from there and we just loved watching the water and the spectacular sunsets. The location was great. We enjoyed walking down to the beach at the Sheraton. We thought it was a great location to access everything we wanted to see on the island.
