The house is fully airconditioned so you can stay comfortable even during summers. The open kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and preparing scrumptious homecooked meals. The small centre of Kötschach-Mauthen is 650 m away. You will find supermarkets only 1 km away, in case you want to purchase essentials and groceries and there are restaurants also 3 km away for enjoying local cuisines. There is a public swimming pool only 3 km away, so you can enjoy refreshing dives and beat the scorching summers in style. The ski area is also 3 km away, which is a huge convenience for ski lovers. The chalet is furnished in a modern and complete way. You will find a TV and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The open kitchen with a cooking island is equipped with an oven and a dishwasher, among other things. There are two bedrooms, one with a 2-pers. bed and one with two 1-pers. beds.
