Villa Montanara was built in 2011 and can accommodate 10 people. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is spacious (living room on the ground floor 100m2) and the equipment is luxurious and comfortable. Classification and equipment take into account a wide variety of needs. The house is suitable for a large family, a family with grandparents, two families or couples. Since a bedroom with bathroom is on the ground floor, the apartment can also be used by the disabled.
The little ones are also thought of: microwave, stroller, cot and chest of drawers are available. From the living room you have direct access to the large terrace and the garden. Children can play safely here as there is little traffic in the area. There is a large balcony on the first floor, and a roof terrace offers a wonderful view of the slopes and the mountain peaks of Italy.

Alles fein - ein guter Ort, die Ferien zu verbringen.

Die Bleibe entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen - wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und sechs Kindern hier zu Gast und tagsüber beim Ski-Fahren. Insgesamt ein großzügiges, angenehmes Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Gerne wieder!

Schönes komfortables Haus

Auch der zweite Besuch nach 2015 war sehr schön. Das Haus ist für 6 Erwachsene sehr geräumig, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Sehr gut hat uns erneut gefallen, dass es eine Tischtennisplatte für die Terrasse gibt... Ein- und Auschecken war unkompliziert, die Kontaktperson vor Ort ist sehr freundlich.

Tolle Lage mit kleinen Mängeln

Zunächst möchte ich einmal unterstreichen, dass wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub hatten und das Ferienhaus uns eine sehr gute Möglichkeit gegeben hat tolle Almen zu erkunden, Wanderungen zu unternehmen und sogar für einen Tagesausflug nach Venedig war es ein toller Ausgangspunkt. Das Haus ist geräumig und bietet 10 Schlafmöglichkeiten. Davon zwei in einem „Eckdoppelbett“ (nicht auf Bildern zu sehen) mit eigenem Duschbad im EG, direkt am Wohnzimmer, mit einer Schiebetür getrennt. Weitere 8 im 1. OG, verteilt auf ein Stockbett (2), 2x2 Doppelbetten und auf einer Empore in einem der drei Schlafzimmer. Oben ist auch ein geräumiges Wannen&Duschbad mit zwei Waschbecken. Tschtennisplatte ist auch noch da, nur leider kein Grill für den Garten. Dafür konnten wir schön draußen frühstücken und haben die überdachte Sitzecke im Garten ausgiebig genutzt. Was uns allerdings aufgefallen ist, ist die spartanische Ausstattung des Hauses. Der einzige Gebrauchsgegenstand in dem Haus war eine Rolle Klopapier. Kein Salz,Zucker, Pfeffer o.ä. keine Handseife, kein Spülmittel, Fön oder Küchenpapiertuch, sowas habe ich bis heute noch in keinem Ferienhaus erlebt. Glücklicherweise konnte uns ein freundlicher Nachbar mit etwas Salz am ersten Abend aushelfen. Dazu kommt das Geschirr. Das Haus ist für 10 Menschen ausgelegt. Es gibt genau ein etwas größeres Glas, 5 kleine Löffel und ein Geschirrhandtuch. Teller und Tassen sind allerdings ausreichend vorhanden. Es gibt eine strickte Anweisung zur Nutzung der Pfannen, diese sind aber alle so zerkratzt, das diese eigentlich überflüssig ist. Im Haus selber war ein Terassenaussenglas geborsten und ein Teil der Terassenrailing weg gegammelt, beides sollte angeblich kurzfristig repariert werden. In dem zusätzlich gebuchten Wäschepaket sind für jeden ein kleines und ein großes Handtuch enthalten. Was uns gefallen hätte wäre noch Handtücher für GästeWC oder Küche sowie Duschvorleger. Dazu war eine Steckdose halb herausgebrochen und die Ablage unter dem Spiegel im EG Bad so schief und desolat, dass man nichts darauf abstellen konnte. Die Thermoskanne der Cafemaschine hatte dicke Patina, das Ofenblech war schwarz verkrustet. In diesem eigentlich „Tierfreien“ Haus hatten alle Terassenauflieger so viel Katze Haare, dass wir vor der Nutzung erstmal Haare absaugen mussten. Alles in Allem hört sich das jetzt erstmal nach viel Gemecker an, aber bei dem Preis für eine Woche, hätte vielleicht doch etwas mehr Sorgfalt gut getan.

Prachtig, ruim huis in een schitterende omgeving

Hele fijne vakantie gehad in deze vakantiewoning. Veel ruimte, van alle gemakken voorzien. Schoon, netjes ingericht en lekkere tuin om in te zitten. Zeker een aanbeveling. Ontvangen door een Nederlandse huismeester, ideaal en prima service. Veel mooie uitstapjes in de omgeving (Pressegersee, Großglockner, Lienz, etc).

Woning van alle gemakken voorzien. Huismeester zeer behulpzaam. Locatie super.

De woning is zoals op de foto's : groot, netjes, fijne indeling en van alle gemakken voorzien. De huismeester is vriendelijk en behulpzaam : de bbq, tafeltennis tafel etc is hij komen brengen zo ook extra bedlinnen. De locatie is ook super. Wij gaan zeker nog eens terug. We waren er nu gedurende een week met 6 personen waarvan 2 kleine kinderen. Ook voor de kinderen was alles aanwezig. Na de reservering ook meermaals contact gehad via email met huiseigenaar. Hij is ook zeer vriendelijk en beantwoorde alle vragen. Reageerde ook snel. Erg fijn.

Dejligt nyt hus beliggende i et fantastisk område

Fra huset har man kort afstand til mange seværdigheder. Med kärnten er card kan man komme billigt på gletchere, gå langs imponerende vandfald eller tage en dukkert i et af de mange friluftsbadet. Eneste minus er at kortet ikke gælder det lokale friluftsbad kun få meter fra huset, omend det er angivet under husets beskrivelse

Schönes, modernes, vollausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren 10 Tage in der Villa Montanara und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz. Es befindet sich etwas Abseits des Orts in einer Siedlung aus ca. 20 Ferienhäusern. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen und auch Wanderungen können direkt von der Haustüre aus gestartet werden. Wir würden uns wieder für dieses Objekt entscheiden, einziger Kritikpunkt war die Sauberkeit bei der Übergabe der Wohnung. Der Steinboden im Wohn und Essbereich war stark verschmutzt (klebrig).
