Amazing hotel run by the family. Very accommodating and friendly all the time. Clean rooms and very big lots of space. Big comfortable bed. The air condition was working well. Great location close to the beach and nice restaurants. I would definitely come back to stay at the hotel. The breakfast was amazing every day. They made it fresh, lots to choose from the menu. Well worth the money and more. Don’t stay at the J Hotel it’s a dump. Stay here it’s 300 times better.

I am so happy I chose this hotel, it’s not a 5* but more than makes up for that with the staff who work there. Their friendliness and attention to making your holiday great is worth double what you pay. Rooms are large, clean and serviced well. Clean room and comfortable bed. Staff is super friendly. Room needs minor repairs like balcony door handle was loose and towel rod was loose. Biggest complaint is the room power depends on the key, your only given one, and the AC takes a while to cool the room after you've been out.

Air conditioning worked super well and the room stayed cool all day despite the AC being off. Spacious room, convenient location near Ao Nang beach. Floors were clean but surfaces did not appear to be cleaned well between travellers’ stays. Was not pleased with the bathroom—shower had mould and was not well kept, toilet did not appear clean at all when we arrived. Did not know we had to put the sign on the doorknob to ask for cleaning so we didn’t have our room cleaned during our stay.
