50 yr old male, solo traveller, stayed in Thailand for 1 month, 8 days of which were at Krabi in this hotel. I have given a top star rating for every question asked as I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly, polite and extremely helpful, which was important regarding transportation issues, getting to the immigration office, the post office and for other general enquiries. Service with a smile always and 1 gentleman working on reception (apologies but I forget how to write his name) spoke excellent English, which was always appreciated. Rooms were very clean, the bed comfortable although pillows are slightly high but this is common accross Thailand. The shower didn't always maintain a constant wam temperature going from hot to cold but in all honesty though, with the climate being as hot as it was, a warm/brisk shower was more welcome than a hot one. Really for most people this is a super hotel and the location is excellent too as you are no more than 20 minutes from Ao Nang beach, the ports, the main shopping areas and the bars etc. It is quiet enough and close enough, depending on what you want. I met mostly families there at the poolside although I myself was travelling solo. Highly recommended and you can negotiate a better price if you stay longer too.
