Surroundings not maintained. Breakfast quality/selection is not good. The shuttle pick-up service offered is not on time or don’t show up. The only good experience was the swimming pool with the room was good and maintained. Overall not a good experience and would not stay here again.

Very amazing facility. Our Family Pool Access is perfect. Great location, not too busy, not loud at all, yet still not too far from Ao Nang. Uber friendly and very helpful staff through and through. Me and my best friend had the best time/experience in Krabi and Chermantra doesn’t even disappoint even one bit. Will definitely come back to stay here again on my next trip to Krabi. Resort bar is also very accessible and room delivery is a plus. Love!

Overall, I had a nice stay here. I liked my room a lot, even if it was a bit worn / could use some updating (there was chipped paint all around the pool). Something to note about the private pools: this was a big draw for me but I wasn't able to use the pool much at night due to the gigantic bugs. The only reason I would not stay here again because of how hard it was to get to/from this hotel. The hotel provides a shuttle to/from the beach but at wildly inconvenient times and the shuttle service still costs $200 baht. And the hotel does not do much in the way of arranging taxis. I also found that the Grab app doesn't work very well in the Krabi area. In the future, I would stay closer to the beach or at a hotel that offered more options in the way of transportation. Otherwise, the stay was nice.

The property is new and well maintained. We stayed in a family pool Villa. We chose this place because of the privacy and king size beds. The location is quite far from everything, though they have schedule shuttle to Au Nang for shops, restaurants and entertainment. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, only a few that are not. I give this place a 3.7 stars for over all.

Everything is okay for me accept the pool. The chlorine inside my private pool was too strong that me and my wife felt sick after swimming. Felt nausea, dizzy and almost fever.

The pool villa was absolutely amazing. It’s a new resort and fairly quiet which we enjoyed. It’s about a 5 minute ride to the beach and entertainment but they provide a shuttle until late in the night. The staff was very helpful and I would definitely stay there again

I would agree the hotel is quite new and the pool is awesome. I booked the suite with a private pool. The location is good too. Just 5 mins away from the main street. The drawback of this new hotel is service. Being a small scaled hotel, the gym room is very small. Just one running machine. I saw many insects in the pool and I told the reception "Can you turn on the water pump and remove the insects in the pool so that I can swim?" After 2 hours, there was no staff to follow up. House keeping after 3pm was not possible as the staff in charge was left already. My flight was 8:35am in the morning. When I left the hotel at 6am, there was no staff there to check-in. I could not take back my deposit.... All in all, the hotel was nicely decorated but the back up service was not there.

The good: property seems pretty spanking new. We reserved the top villa with private pool, which was pretty neat in its own. Rooms are pretty well appointed and modern. Breakfast was pretty good as well - definitely better than what you'd get from a Best Western Plus, etc. The okay: the resort isn't really built to house visitors cars. There's a small gravel lot in front of the resort that can hold maybe 5 cars, plus mopeds scattered around. It's right off the road so getting in and out without hitting/getting hit is a little tricky. The bad: mosquitoes and black flies everywhere. When we first walked into the room, we found so many dead mosquitoes scattering the ground - almost as if no one had stayed in the room for a while and these suckers just died. We figured housekeeping was leaving the door open when servicing so we cancelled our room being cleaned to aid in the bug situation. However, every morning and every time we returned to the room we kept finding more and more mosquitoes and flies. Chocked it up to them coming through the drains and vents of the room - made for a slightly miserable stay.
