Room was ok. No hand towels in bathroom on 2 ocassions. No music or English channel on tv. Staff very pleasant on arrival, however the night shift guy on reception not very friendly. Not enough sun loungers by the pool/ grassed areas. Pool towels are few and far between. Waiter/waitress service - pressed the buzzer on 2 ocassions, however no one came to take our order. Location good for boat trips, night market, bars and restaurants, all walking distance

Room good. Staff good. Breakfast mainly catered for Asian & European. Very limited Western, sausages & eggs only. Amenities good. Pool lounges unobtainable after 8 am. All had towels on them but no one on them for many hours., despite many complaining to staff . . No action taken.

Room very clean and functional. Pool area very nice and well up kept. Breakfast awesome. Why not five stars? Not enough pool chairs in pool area, if you don’t “reserve” one by placing a towel by 8 am good luck getting one for the day. At times pool towels ran out. No chairs on balconies with Garden view. Pool view has 1-2. Drain shower veryyyyyy slow.

I was supposed to be next but the names are almost the same so my traveling part got next door ( Holiday Ao) twice as nice much newer and a lot less noisy for almost the same price I would strongly recommend that hotel
