We booked a room with direct pool access. We loved it and used it each day we stayed. We were disappointed that there was no room safe available to safely store our passports and money. This is a pretty standard hotel amenity. We were not allowed to have 2 room keys. The room was a 2 story room. There was only one bin available on the top floor. It was a bit inconvenient to run up and down stairs to put something in the garbage. We witnessed unhappy guests with staff frequently enough to wonder. Finally, we arranged to have some laundry done. We were charged $46 CDN or nearly 1200 baht. All other occasions doing laundry in Thailand we paid 200-300 baht. Needless to say we declined the service. We also booked a scooter and our return taxi to the airport using other companies. We did not trust the hotel would quote a fair price.

Lovely hotel within walking distance of krabi town centre and night market. Food at the cafe was very good and delicious frappes. Staff very friendly and helpful. The duoplex is a nicely.different experience with pool acess. Really enjiyed the 2 night stay

Clean and comfy.

Such a clean and comfortable hotel. A true paradise after the chaos of Phi Phi. Service was amazing and we didn’t leave the hotel for the 24 hours we were there. Great food and bed.

It's a reasonable hotel

The hotels good points are that the staff are friendly and approachable, the swimming pool is nice and the buffet breakfast is good. The negatives are that there is no safe in the room so i had to take my valuables everywhere with me. There was a sewerage smell coming from the bathroom. It's a reasonable hotel and it only 10 minutes walk to the town centre.

It’s a simple and nice hotel for a stay. I would recommend this hotel as a it has a good location with a night market across the street and even a 7-11. Most restaurants are within walking distance. Yet at night it still is quiet to get a good nights rest

Great little hotel in Krabi town easy walking distance to everywhere you'd want to go. Pleasantly surprised when we got a swim out suite. Comfortable clean and quiet will definitely stay here again.

Great stay- walking distance to the night market which was amazing and is expensive to get to when you stay in town. The staff was extremely helpful and provided shuttle (for pay) to the ferry- pool was nice and facilities were very clean. Breakfast was delicious

Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy. A/C works well and room stays cool despite the outside heat and humidity. Bathroom was a bit small but functional. Restaurant and bar service is good while the pool is open but after 5pm is all shut. If you come back early from your evening out go via a 7 eleven to pick up some supplies for the room.

I stayed for 2 nights. The bed was comfortable, I did find that I could hear a lot of noise from the hallway. There were small ants around the bathroom and areas in the room. Rest of the room was in great condition, comfortable bed, spacious room. Staff at the front desk were super helpful, I forget her name (shorter hair), she helped me and had helpful tips for day trips!
