Pictures need to be updated. The walls were dirty, the furnitures have noticeable damages. Breakfast was good but I need to look for the staff to prepare an omelette since they only had one poor lady doing everything.

This resort is huge! The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Our room was clean and comfortable. Main pool and beach area was awesome. There are limited pool chairs for how many guests there are and this hotel does not serve alcohol. There is a market walking street next door that has great shopping, massage salons, food options and bars.

Clean, friendly and great resort

The 3 pools are good, the resort goes from the east beach to the west beach which makes for an easy way through Railay. The food was good, we were happy with the breakfast options. The room was absolutely great, some would say a little dated but we were perfectly happy. The resort was clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful, even giving us a lift across the resort in a golf cart and helping us sort out a transfer to the airport following our stay.

Where do I begin lol if you like service this IS NOT the hotel for you. But if you’re a beach bum and don’t care then maybe. Way Over priced for the following reasons : - The room had mosquitoes and bugs - very run down resort, old -Bath tub had no pressure at all, had to use the shower outside, wear flip flops when you shower ! - The pathways were confusing with little signage - I had no help with my luggage while everyone was getting rides to the lobby, instead I got stopped halfway down the path from a running man and was asked if I was staying there. Again, no help - I wasn’t given shower towels until the second day - Difficult to navigate the town, a lot of unneeded walking just to get around Tip: Railay beach was alright but Phra nang beach is the nice one. I thought this hotel would have an amazing beach in front but it’s overcrowded and not as nice esp during low tide. Not worth staying in Railay. I would stay in Ao Nang next time and just paid the 100 baht each way to visit Railay. Shacks, and very little to do like a hobos paradise. Literally. Stay in Ao nang better hotels there !

Railay beach is beautiful. I loved the sunsets and the beach. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The staff were pleasant however it was very difficult and slow to get table service or get your check when we were finished eating. I loved that there were no motorized vehicles on the island

Beautiful resort, quiet and very family friendly. The pools were so nice! Only negative was it took nearly 30 mins to get hot water out of the shower, so we just planned ahead. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!
