Our second stay and both times the friendly staff and property offerings have been excellent for our family. We like that the property is in a quieter, peaceful setting up against a striking cliff. The highlights of my stay were definitely the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help — the service was excellent. The accommodation quality was also very good, and everything was immaculate. My only suggestion would be to expand the breakfast options to include more Western choices such as cold meats, cheeses, eggs, fresh breads, and pastries. However, this is a minor point and did not detract from my experience. The location is very nice — quiet, with good restaurants nearby, and about a 15–20 minute walk to the town centre. The free shuttle service offered is also very convenient.

Perfect spot for Ao Nong Krabi!

Incredible place and staff. They were very attentive and took very good care of us. The location is perfect! Within walking distance or a short ride of the busier area of Ao Nong Beach, but tucked away next to the beautiful cliffs so you don’t feel close to the hustle and bustle. I’d highly recommend staying here!

We had booked 10 nights at the hotel. However, we were not so happy with the town (Ao Nang) too hectic and the beach is not nice. That's why we went away to an island for a few days. But the hotel itself was lovely. Incredibly sweet and warm-hearted staff, lovely pool with a breathtaking view of the cliffs. Fine breakfast. Shuttle service to the town was perfect. The only thing we were not happy with was the cleaning of the rooms. When you stay there for so long, it gets dirty. We asked to have the room cleaned every day, and they emptied the bins, changed the towels and made the beds. But our bathroom was not cleaned once, the floors were not cleaned and the same bed linen every 10 days. We also had to ask to have the minibar refilled. I don't think that's entirely in keeping with the price of the hotel.
