Absolutely amazing place to stay. Walking distance to so many places. Front desk ladies were so nice. Our flight got canceled and we were able to stay an additional night with no problems. Very clean. Loved having a washer available and a fully equipped kitchen to cook in. I would recommend to anyone staying in Krakow.

Apples In Krakow

Location was great (close to the main railway station and old town), the entry process was simple and the apartment was large, clean and well furnished and quiet. Nice wine bar up the road and a cat cafe locally, although there's a cafe below the flats we were in. The only potential issues are the photo of the building representing the Browar Lubicz aparthotel which I think is actually the Hungarian Consulate, which isn't hdlpful, rather a picture of the reception area which could be a tiny bit difficult to find.

Kitchen had basics but no wine glasses☹️. Difficult to use shower as the hose wouldn’t stay in place: reported to reception but not sorted before we left. Only needed a screw to be tightened. Had to use all the towels to mop up the water coming out from the shower tray. What really made me cross was all checking-in instructions sent prior to trip said “go to the restaurant” but it was closed. Took our driver a while to find where we had to check in. Had booked a taxi via the accommodation to ensure we were able to check in smoothly but even the driver didn’t know there was now a real reception office. Wished I hadn’t booked him as the charge was more than double what I expected to pay AND he’d “forgotten” the device to take a credit card. Not a good start to our short break. On a positive note, excellent location.

Really good option when visiting krakow. The apartments are an excellent location, just 10 minute flat walk to the main square and even less to the train station. Beauty of the apartments is they are quiet and spacious, and like a home from home. Well equipped, clean and comfortable with fuss-free check in and check out process. All at a great price so would recommend without hesitation, especially if visiting with small children.

Modern apartments that are in a great location to access everything Krakow has to offer. The property itself needs some general maintenance. Broken curtains, damaged side tables and general maintenance is needed throughout the property. We ended up in an apartment without a balcony and a small double bed, despite what was advertised. We were able to get a small discount as a result. There were no maps or brochures to assist with the local area.
