The room was very spacious and clean. It was cleaned daily. The reception staff were very helpful. They arranged dinner reservations, our trips and taxi back to the airport.

We visited Krakow during the Christmas markets & stayed at this hotel. We were 3 siblings & we got a family suite. This room has a double bed in 1 large room and 2 single beds in a separate room just off the double room. We found this great for our party. We found the staff friendly & knowledgeable & pointed us to great restaurants & tourist sites. The markets in the main square were less than 10 mins walk away. Breakfast in the hotel was very good. The hotel bar was comfortable. The water dispensers on each floor was a nice touch. I really could not fault this hotel in anyway.

The stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel exceeded all my expectations. A perfect blend of comfort and luxury - I would highly recommend this place. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Exceptional service! Everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from .
