The resort is very nice, and the rooms are very clean. It's only a 10-minute walk to the largest mall in Malaysia, and they also offer a shuttle service to the mall. A huge thanks to the staff! They were incredible. Everyone was amazing, true Malaysian hospitality there.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was given all the information I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and clean. My wife and I had a great stay, the room was spacious, the shuttle from the hotel to IOI is very convenient and run every hours, the breakfast selection is great. BTW, Thanks to FO team(include the ballman on that day) assisting me regarding our luggage and transportation inquiry, F&B team, Mr Zainol(Maintenance Mgr) for brief conversation about the hotel. We enjoy our stay and we definitely will come back.
