Under the bed full of dust and unclean Toilet flush not in good condition Bed sheet not clean because I got stung by bed bug. Stayed for 3 nights but only supply 2 dustbin beg. I have to bring rubbish to ground floor. Aircon is not a quiet type.

Never Again

No reception, no lobby. This feels like booking through apartment apps. After asking at other lobbies for explaining as I was lost on what to do, I was informed that I must go pick up my keys from some locker in the garage. I booked this reservation believing its a hotel with lobby. etc Turned out I was wrong. Then there is the luggage issue as I was with my family. You carry your own luggage(imagine 5 suit cases), from taxi to room. The room is filled with small ants and not clean, no paste, brushes. Location is perfect.

It was found on the bathroom floor and we have to fix it up so we can hang our towels. (Rectified after we texted the host on the second day of stay) 2. No hand soap is provided 3. No provision of tissue paper other than the toilet paper in the toilet. 4. Wardrobe is cluttered with stuff which are not arranged. (Rectified after we texted the host on the second day of stay) 5. Drawer in study desks filled with hooks and nails (Rectified after we texted the host on the second day of stay) 6. Vanity top in the bathroom not cleaned. There were sticky stains on it when we arrived. 7. Balcony area is cluttered with broom and dustpans. (Rectified after we texted the host on the second day of stay) 8. Even the room clock isn’t working (Rectified after we texted the host on the second day of stay) So, I think it’s not really worth the price we are paying.
