From the all-new paint, furniture and appliances to a fully-furnished kitchen to the reserved parking area with a lockable storage area under the building, you will not be disappointed.

You will have free use of all of the Ocean Dunes amenities including 3 outdoor pools, an indoor pool and spa, sauna, fitness center, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard and a playground for the children. Even better, the recreation center is directly across the street from Seaside Vista.

All this is just 1.5 miles from the Kure Beach Fishing Pier, and 1 mile from Fort Fisher and the NC aquarium. Historic Downtown Wilmington is a 30-minute drive and Southport is a short ferry crossing away.
