My room smelt of mould was not the most pleasant place iv ever stayed but staff where friendly and the location was good sheets where cheap and not comfortable wish I had of spent the extra cash to stay somewhere a bit nicer most my visit I stayed else where with friends who had extra room as I didn’t enjoy my hotel

Be aware there are no elevators for a four story property and the stairs are uneven. Otherwise the staff were very accommodating in helping out as best as they could which included moving our rooms to the second floor.

It was so convienent to main thoroughfare without the street noise. The staff was excellent. Service good. Pool seating limited for number of guests. We had issues with hot water in both rooms but were comped free massages for inconvienience. Air con in 1 room not cold enough. We would recommend staying here for cost & convienience.

We normally love this place but unfortunately we were out in a room that runs parallel with an alley that is very close to our room and the continuous traffic was terrible. Also staff seemed to ignore the noise from people after hours and let them use the pool which was meant to have use of hours till 11pm

The hotel is well located and the rooms are comfortable. There's hot water in the shower and good pressure and cleaning is performed daily - they also provide new towels and water bottles daily. They have good service at reception and I was given a different (and better) room after the second night where there was an issue with swege smell in the unit. Breakfast is good, especially when I compare to other Bali hotels of the same category, however, please be aware that they won't charge you for the bacon, if you ask for some, but will try to charge you for a capuccino, although they won't tell you that it's not free. This was the only bad experience I've had with restaurant staff and when I refused to pay for the capuccino as I was not told it is not part of the breakfast service, I had them frown at me for the remainder of my stay. Overall, it's good value for money and a walking distance to restaurants, massage spas, shopping etc.
