Staff were very friendly and warm and it felt very welcoming for young families. The breakfast was excellent. Buffet dining menu could use some refreshing but was ok. The Italian restaurant was nice. We loved the position of our room overlooking the temple next door and the pool.

Great for the kids and great food however our room had two dehumidifiers and a mouldy smell. Asked for a room change only to be told there is nothing wrong with our room. Neighbours room didnt even have a dehumidifier??

The resort was clean and the staff friendly and capable. It is highly kid focused and has lots of amenities to suit. There is also a great activities program including cooking classes and fruit carving (amongst other things) which could be better advertised. A few good Aussie Sports bars around, Bamboo was our fav. We had an enjoyable stay there. Just be ready for the chaos that is Kuta as soon as you leave!

Everyone is so friendly, they are forever sweeping up leaves but it looks amazing. Our towels were always folded into an animal and it was so exciting to see what it would be the next day. The room was cleaned daily and was sparkling with new water

Honestly, i dont get the hype for this hotel. Ill start with the pros to get them out the way -garden family room is a good layout, with a superking bed and two singles. Great having a sliding door out to the garden. - lots of food choices if eating at resorts is your thing - gardens are well kept. The ducks are cute and they have a pond with fish. - staff are friendly. Cons - Our room STANK. The mold smell was so overwhelming it knocked me out every time i walked in the room. They came to do a 'deep clean' but honestly it made no difference. The bathroom stank, like a sewage smell on and off. - everything was damp in the room it was awful -no ventilation in the bathroom makes the humidity in the room worse. -coming from a week at the hardrock, the pool at dynasty is a real disappointment. Its small, the majority of it is 2 metres deep, so all the kids are cramped into the small 1m depth area. - didnt use the kids club, but its apparently free, so lots of kids being dumped off by their parents so they can drink at the bar

This was out first trip to Bali, we stayed at Dynasty for two weeks. One week in a family suite, one week in lagoon suite. This experience was exceptional, recommend dynasty resort to any family. The food was exceptional. Buffet was great, and room service was amazing. Better quality food than you can get in most of Australia. The staff are next level, lovely and helpful, you feel right at home the minute you arrive.

Called front desk in morning and was told there was money left on my tab. And when i was checking out i was told it was a mistake and i owed money. Not happy with that setvice as i was out of pocket and it was not a mistake on my behalf

Great for kids above 4 yrs as planty of facilities and activities. Only downfall staff service around pool slow and rooms are average.
