As always in Bali the staff are the stars of this hotel. Very friendly and welcoming. The place is very well situated next door to Beachwalk Shopping Centre and a stone’s throw to the beach. Well worth considering for your next visit.

Food could have been warmer in the self serve buffet at breakfast and evening. Coffee wasn't hot enough for me, but they were very helpful and filled up with boiling water. Pool was beautiful, maybe few more choices on cocktails by the pool. Otherwise great place, will definitely be coming back

Room was super clean. Staff were always nice and smiling. The highlight of the stay was the delicious breakfast buffet including a lot of different tasty indonesian and balinese food which is included by the way. Great shopping next door including a grocery. The beach is right in front of the hotel. Everything is walkable nearby.

This place was definitely worth the stay! I was here for 7 days. The staff were amazing, I can't remember their names, except for RiRi. I was here over my birthday. I came back after a long exhausting day to a beautiful display of treats wishing me a happy birthday, to which she had prompted the staff to do. It was such a sweet gesture as I was traveling alone and it was nice to see. I appreciated it very much. They cleaned my room every day. Eveyone there was so nice, I would highly recommend staying here.

Staff are friendly, everyday room cleaning service, clean environment. For the toiletries, I would like to recommend that they should provide enough for each person because I booked to stay at the hotel for a week and they provide one small bottles of shower gels and shampoo even though we have booked for two people.
