Room was super clean. Staff were always nice and smiling. The highlight of the stay was the delicious breakfast buffet including a lot of different tasty indonesian and balinese food which is included by the way. Great shopping next door including a grocery. The beach is right in front of the hotel. Everything is walkable nearby.

This place was definitely worth the stay! I was here for 7 days. The staff were amazing, I can't remember their names, except for RiRi. I was here over my birthday. I came back after a long exhausting day to a beautiful display of treats wishing me a happy birthday, to which she had prompted the staff to do. It was such a sweet gesture as I was traveling alone and it was nice to see. I appreciated it very much. They cleaned my room every day. Eveyone there was so nice, I would highly recommend staying here.

Staff are friendly, everyday room cleaning service, clean environment. For the toiletries, I would like to recommend that they should provide enough for each person because I booked to stay at the hotel for a week and they provide one small bottles of shower gels and shampoo even though we have booked for two people.

I really appreciate the friendly, helpful, and wonderful staff. Several of my communications prior to arrival were promptly answered and very accommodating. A very positive first impression of Bali. The hotel is very well kept. Clean. It does show its age at times, but worked very well for my low budget. Food selection within walking distance was pretty good. I would return, provided hotel ownership has not changed.

Hotel, on appearance, is pleasant and clean. Nicely laid out with all that is required for a small stay. Staff were very friendly. We found this a common theme as we travelled around Bali. However, I was kept waiting almost an hour past check in time before room was available. Room was ok, but towels were rough & past there best. Bath robes also past there best. One was white & one was decidedly off white. No mini bar as stated in the list of amenities. Coffee & tea making facilities, but no filtered water available. The bed, which had quite a lumpy mattress topper, was also in need of updating. As our stay was for 2 nights, the room was adequate, but we believe fell below the standard of a suite in a 4 star hotel

Nice property close to big shopping centre and beach but longer walk to street shops, bars, etc. Not much space in room or on balcony to store surf boards or hang gear to dry.
