This hotel impressed us from the moment we arrived. The lobby was beautiful, smelled fresh and inviting, and the warm cookies at check-in were a wonderful touch. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was excellent, with many great restaurants nearby and convenient access to the train, making it easy to explore the city. The room was very comfortable, with a cozy bed, soft pillows, and high-quality linens that made for a great night's sleep. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras, such as the fabric freshening spray provided for guests. Overall, this was an excellent stay, and I would definitely return the next time I'm in the area.

Excellent location a few blocks from Kyoto station. Good value for the area. Comfortable beds and great housekeeping! Kimono robe pajamas and western cotton robe are both provided. I’d stay again.
