We loved the location of this hotel where next to a large shopping mall and the Kyoto train station. It's very convenient. The room is clean and efficient what I expected.

Spotless room, great amenities, the breakfast was really well done and a very helpful staff. The only thing is that the tv was a screen cast from your smartphone even though we are tech savvy we could not get iit to work.

Room was clean and spacious. My only complaint was that the water temp for the shower fluctuated constantly. Even with a short shower, the water temp would go from hot to cold back to hot, several times.
