Wow! This was truly the best hotel we have ever stayed in! It was pur first hotel in Japan, so we're not sure how it compares to other Japanese hotels, but as Americans the service and ammenities here absolutely blew us away. They have everything that you need. The location is fantastic. The room was very quiet, despite being in a busy, lively area. We needed urgent medical care during the trip, and the staff found a place and called and made the appointment for us, and we received top-tier medical care as well. The one small ossue is I wish they had more laundry machines, as there were only 3 for the whole building; but we only had to wait about 6 minutes during our stay (January), so it wasn't too bad. They offer a full set of ammenities and a variety of free coffee from a machine in the morning. Comfortable beds. Extremely clean, everything worked well, luggage transfer service was excellent. 11/10 stay here!
