We felt comfortable staying. We like the futons in the room. The front area is very nice. Our room was fairly clean but not all the areas especially in the bathroom. The checking person wasn’t too efficient but the others were very kind and nice. Breakfast was good enough. The miso soup was amazing. We wished more variety. Overall we liked staying there.

Food was amazing with plenty of options! Staff was absolutely fantastic and the bedding was superior! I wish I knew what to buy for my bed! Walking from the train the 1st night was a tad dark, but we found a better quicker option than our Chat GPT gave us moving forward. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was excellent but hopefully after 2 day there will be some different menu, coz i stay 4 nites every thou there's lots of choices but is the same each day will be a bit too much. overall service excellent. rooms clean and friendly stuffs. the only complain is the washing machine omg it takes a long while and even thou i added extra time to dry but the clothes after more then 2 hours is still not dry at all. have to hang dry in the room. that's a bit disappointed. love the area is quite near by to station and local supermarket that operate 24hour

Room was extremely small. Considering lack of dining around (especially in the morning) we bought food in the evening to eat inside our room. That was an exercise in dexterity as there is no space and no electrical outlets near the most convenient place to eat.
