This was our first time in a ryokan, and we really enjoyed it. We found the staff very helpful. Their English was excellent, which was helpful, since our Japanese is limited. It's a very traditional looking hotel inside and I loved the decor. Breakfast was delicious and you have a choice between a traditional Japanese breakfast or American. Wuite delicious.
