What a beautiful hotel! wonderful staff, double twin bed room was enough space for 2 adults, small gym but functional and served its purpose, train station is right next to the hotel Next time in Kyoto, we will definitely stay here. Loved our stay. Our only “complaint” is we only stayed for one night, we wish we stayed longer

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located for shopping, eating and sight seeing. My only critique is that the hall ways were sauna level hot and bathroom amenities were only provided on a request basis.

Very cool hotel in a great location - truly felt like a hip boutique hotel but with all the amenities (and more) of a large chain. Staff were all incredibly nice and helpful. The unlimited coffee and snacks available in the lobby was a lovely touch as well. Breakfast was delicious. 10/10 would come back here!

Fantastic staff and facilities. Rooms are a little small with not many places to unpack, but are very clean and tidy. Nice coffee machines with capsules provided daily. Shower was fantastic. There is free coffee and sweets in the lobby which is a nice touch and the bar is very nice with great cocktails.
