It was near to shops and food area. Subways can be found nearby. Quite neighborhood which is nice. Allowed early check in if room available, which was very very helpful after a very long flight. Adequate space for a family of 4 adults. Would suggest to put in a dryer for clothes rather than rely on the air dryer only. If cutleries were to be provided that would be great. Loved the handphone equipped with internet available in the room for use to walk around town For the duration of our stay. It was of great help. Overall a good and comfortable stay.

Clean and Good Location

It was 5minutes walk from Gojo Station Exit 1. 2 minutes walk to nearby Fresco 24hours Mart & 100 Yen Shop. Very clean studio. Microwave, Kettle, Washing Machine and Ice box provided. Good place if you are travelling with families.

Perfect Family Base For Exploration

Excellent location (1 stop from Kyoto Station, near many bus stops; a number of good restaurants in the area, grocery store and chemists and dollar store nearby). Very little in-person interaction, but everything clean and neat and easy to reach staff if needed. Kitchenette was excellent to have, beds comfortable, everything was just right.

Extremely spacious for the price!

Coming from a cramped Tokyo hotel room, this was insane for the size of the room and price point. Bed was nice and firm great for my back. Made use of the fridge and microwave in the room. The only weird part was we had to check our selves in and out through a phone.

Excellent property for a family. Easy walking distance to many of the sites in Kyoto. Clean rooms. Has a kitchen too. They also provide a free cell phone with the room. Couldn't ask for more.

The building and room looks new and clean. The surrounding in the building is very quite. After my laundry, try looking for an iron but was not provided. It will be great if they provide an iron for each individual room.

This guesthouse was very clean and spacious for my family of 4. We really appreciated the in-room laundry and drying room. With only a few steps away from a 100 yen shop and grocery store to pick up breakfast or snacks, the location was excellent. Our only complaint was there was always someone nearby cooking fish and the smell was in our room whenever we returned to the hotel.

VALUE FOR MONEY

OUR FAMILY LOVE THIS HOTEL VERY MUCH OF IT SIZE, LOCATION, CONVENIENT, ETC. ON TOP OF THAT, WASHING MACHINE AND DRYING FACILITY ARE AVAILABLE THAT SAME US A LOT OF TROUBLE. HOWEVER IF PANTRY CAN PROVIDE WITH UTENSIL WILL BE BETTER. DUE TO FESTIVE HOLIDAY, MOST SHOPS WERE CLOSED. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILY EVEN WITH CHILDREN. PC WAS PROVIDED IN THE ROOM.

Excellent location, walking distance to everything. Stove and microwave are avaialble to use in the room, so pan/pot/cutlnaries were expected, but none available unless you pay extra ¥500. I don’t mind to pay extra, but I think every cost should be included in initial booking. And these should be standard to provide if cooking facility avaialble.
