This place is beautiful and the staff is just as great. Such great attention to detail, the rooms are very clean and very tastefully done. The staff is super attentive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at Nazuna Kyoto Gosho. The place is in a nice and quite neighborhood and has a very traditional Japanese feel to it. You're welcomed with a nice welcome drink with a very cute candy. They also provide a lot of gifts for you to take making it feel very welcoming. It was a nice stay overall.

We stayed for 1 night in April 2023 and we loved the experience at Nazuna Gosho. All staff members were super friendly and kind and were able to accommodate all of our requests during the stay. This stay was an incredible experience. From the moment you check-in, the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay exceed all expectations. Little touches like late night in-room snacks, private breakfasts, and very thoughtful going away gifts made this stay very memorable. It’s such a unique experience. We stayed in the Kashiwa Mochi room with open air bath, and it was the perfect blend of traditional ryokan with luxury touches. Felt like our own private home. This place is incredibly beautiful, and every person there is so nice and helpful. Make sure you're hungry for the breakfast, which is both huge and incredibly delicious. Free beer, soda, water, snacks and ice cream. The bath is incredible (especially coming from a person who hates baths; seriously, try the bath).
