This was a beautiful place to stay and the staff were awesome, very kind and helpful. A great location to the train station. A lovely quiet place to stay. The free soft serve ice cream and refreshments and the wine tasting was a great bonus especially after a hot day. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back to stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful and staff were very friendly and helpful. It was conveniently located close to Kyoto train station so there were a lot of dining/shopping options within walking distance. This was my first trip to Japan and wish I could have stayed longer. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and probably will return to the same hotel if I every get another chance to visit Kyoto. Thank you for a wonderful stay and great memories!

Great hotel but our room was facing the street on same side as hospital, so when trying to sleep we could hear the ambulance and lots of street noise. The hotel itself was excellent and we would stay there again if we are able to be on the 9th floor facing the temples/city instead of the noisy street on 7th floor.

We stayed here for a family trip with a large group. Everyone was happy with the rooms, the triple room fit my family of 4 fairly well. They offered complimentary soft serve ice cream and drinks in the afternoon, and a complimentary happy hour in the evening. There was also a small complimentary art station that my kids loved. The laundry was accessible and the machines were clean. Overall we had a really great stay!
