The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The room provided all the necessary amenities. Despite our early arrival, the receptionist was kind enough to accommodate an early check-in. Hidden gem near Kyoto station about a 10-12 minute walk. The rooms are spacious enough for 3 people as the rooms have a pull out couch. Staff and service was nice. Close to a lot of places. Bathrooms were also spacious, they were a shower-tub fusion but could have been a bit cleaner.
