It features a magnificent enclosed parkland crossed by a river, with a 200m² pond teeming with fish for fishing enthusiasts (roach, trout, carp, etc.) and an ornamental pond (ducks, koi carp, donkeys, and a llama), both of which are not fenced. The owner lives on-site and maintains a low profile.

The cottage can be rented for 6 or 12 people (G804), but never to two different guests on the property.

Romain acquired this property in 2008 which has remained completely original. He undertook major works while retaining the original elements to revive the buildings that have been more or less abandoned due to successive inheritances. The remarkable dovecote dates from 1877 with its zinc niches. The "Swiss Chalet" aspect of the main house is totally atypical of the region with its pointed roofs, awning, wooden balconies and valances. It is representative of the "hygienist" houses of the end of the 19th century, to attract Parisians in search of fresh air, greenery and pure water in an atmosphere worthy of the Swiss mountain pastures!
