Appartement agréable, spacieux, avec terrasse et une belle vue. Bien équipé. On nous avait dit à 10mn du centre-ville, il faut être bon marcheur ! Pratique, une place de parking (non nominative). J enlève une étoile car l ascenseur était en panne !!

Appartement assez bien situé. Literie confortable. Tout y etait pour cuisiner. Seul bemol, a besoin d'un coup de jeune ! Changer balai des toilettes, et attention au menage... Sinon, Christian,qui nous a acceuilli est au top. Nous pouvons compter sur lui pour n'importe quelle question. Norbert, le propriétaire que je n'ai eu qu'au téléphone est fort sympathique aussi! Tres bon sejour dans l'ensemble!

L'appartement correspondait bien à l'annonce. Il est agréable. Les voisins n'étaient pas bruyant( petit bémol les travaux qui se déroulait près de l'immeuble mais dont le propriétaire n'est pas responsable). Nous n'avons eu aucun soucis et si on doit y revenir, on relouerai chez lui.

Un excellent séjour en famille

Ma famille et moi avons passé un excellent 1er séjour en Corse dans cet appartement. Il est spacieux, lumineux, moderne, très bien équipé et entretenu. La résidence est calme et idéalement située : à un petit quart d'heure de marche du centre de l'île Rousse et de la plage très belle et familiale (trajet que nous avons effectué quotidiennement sans souci avec nos 2 enfants); à quelques minutes d'un grand centre commercial et des routes desservant Calvi et la Balagne. Le contact avec le propriétaire et les membres de l'agence immobilière à été très chaleureux et accueillant, comme la plupart des gens rencontrés à l'île Rousse qui est un magnifique endroit pour découvrir la Corse. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir lors de prochaines vacances !

Appartement très agréable, très bien situé. Rien a redire, literie de qualité. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à l'île Rousse, si nous devons y revenir nous choisirons le même appartement.
