In einer Wohnblocksiedlung mit schöner Aussicht

Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse nicht effizient. Das angegebene Whirlpool fehlt. Die Einrichtung entspricht den Fotos. Das Appartement ist auf einem Hügel. Wir sind immer mit dem Auto in die Stadt gefahren.

Appartement neuf et fonctionnel

Appartement conforme à l'annonce. Résidence très récente et donc en très bon état et au calme (loin de la route), avec place de parking juste devant l'immeuble. La route donnant accès à la résidence relie directement au centre ville (environ 20 min à pied).

Nous avons passés des vacances au top dans cet appartement très agréable et de standing. Une propreté irréprochable, nous avons profité de nos soirées sur la grande terrasse avec vue panoramique sur la mer dans un calme absolu. Très bien équipé et climatisation appréciable. Vacances Avril 2012

Un bel appartement dans une résidence neuve et calme (pas de circulation auto). Rien ne manque, le confort à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de l'appartement, la situation (le centre commercial est tout à coté, le centre ville aussi),, la vue magnifique (c'est vraiment comme sur les photos!) et l'accueil. De plus, l'appartement est même mieux que sur les photos car le canapé est neuf, et des transats on été rajoutés sur la grande terrasse. La personne qui nous a accueillie était très sympathique et nous a aussi donné de bonnes adresses sur l'Ile Rousse (miam miam ;-)). Le petit point négatif: le chemin pour arriver à la résidence est en terre et monte un peu. C'est vrai. Mais honnêtement rien de bien méchant et arrivé à la résidence c'est goudronné et pavé partout. Et en Corse les chemins c'est normal.

très bel appartement neuf avec une vue panoramique sur Ile Rousse, belle terrasse pour prendre les repas, nous avons apprécié la propreté des lieux, l'accueil chaleureux, la proximité des commerces et de la plage, ainsi qu'une place de parking réservée devant la propriété. Notre petit chien a été également le bienvenu!
