The Space:

Morning light glints off the water as you step onto your private patio or balcony, coffee in hand, with the sound of waves drifting in from the shore. Days unfold between the beach and the pool, with tropical air and palm-lined grounds setting an easy rhythm. In the evenings, the sky softens over the Riviera Nayarit coastline, inviting slow dinners indoors or quiet moments outside before settling in for a restful night.

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your letter of access.



Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.

In order to make your stay a 5 star stay, you need to take into account the following information:

However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
