The apartment was nice and clean and felt secure. There are few things, however, which could have been better: 1. The lighting seems inadequate and more bulbs/lights would definitely help. 2. The bathroom is very small, much smaller than what we see in pictures. 3. The laundry prices are very high. The laundry is not directly accessible to guests and the service is provided by the host. It is $4/kilogram and even a bunch of clothes add on to be 3-4kg making it significant amount. Other laundries in the vicinity charge on wash basis (1 wash=fixed dollar amount) which seems more reasonable to me.

If you are staying in La Fortuna, I cannot imagine a better option. We used it as a home base for all the usual activities in the area. For meals, we could cook right there (the Super Rosvil market is a short walk away) or we could go out to eat - there's Mario's place on the next corner for easy food, or an easy walk to downtown for lots of other options). Secure parking at the apartment beat trying to find parking in town. Maily was a pleasure to work with. The place was very comfortable and clean. Again, I would HIGHLY recommend this!

Estancia muy recomendable. Muy limpio y ordenado, todo coincide con la descripción y fotografías. Ubicación excelente, distancia adecauda al centro de la Fortuna, con estacionamiento disponible. Un lugar muy agradable, así como Miley, con comunicación rápida.
