El hotel es muy lindo, la atención del personal es excelente. La única recomendación sería que pongan más alumbrado, en las noches todo está muy oscuro, también en las aguas termales. De ahí en fuera, es un graaan hotel. Gracias por todo.

The rooms were not well lit. The bathroom floor was constantly wet...whether from lack of ventilation and massive condensation or some kind of leak during showers i do not know. We booked for the hot springs and it was unavailable both the days we were there. We ended up spending a few hundred on Baldi's hot springs nearby.

Property reflects its age. But it is still beautiful and friendly staff. They have an amazing staff serving breakfast. Their thermal pools are beautiful and I would go back to this hotel just for that one reason.

Clean room and excellent housekeeping with a beautiful backyard to our hotel room, overlooking arenal volcano! The included breakfast buffet was delicious with many options, fresh juice and ripe fruit. The restaurant was a little expensive, and there’s a popular coffee shop within walking distance of the resort. The hot springs weren’t particularly busy when I went, and they were like warm bath water. I tried all except for the hottest at the very top, there were 11 pools total. It’s a nice resort for what you pay, and beautiful, well maintained grounds! Thank you

The rocking chairs on the porch are a nice touch. The view of the Arenal Volcano is tremendous. The gardens are well maintained. The hot springs are enjoyable. There is a hot pool next to the pool bar is fun. There was an exciting dance show. Ext to the oool on Saturday night. The excursion cans picked us up at the hotel lobby.

We’ve stayed numerous times. It wasn’t as good on this trip. Staff isn’t as nice as usual and buildings weren’t kept up the same. Breakfast wasn’t the same as it used to be. I think it is just staffing issues. Property is still beautiful and pizza was good.

Great older resort located on the outskirts of La Fortuna. Needs some upkeep on the roofs and some of the siding, we could see outside through the cracks in our closet. But, great pool, hot springs, dining on site.

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort and wish we could have stayed longer. We traveled as a family with a pre-teen. They had everything we needed on site. The room was quiet and clean with a great view. We enjoyed the hot springs and wet bar and "snack" restaurant's wood fired pizza. Breakfast was a highlight with delicious hot food and fresh fruit.
