Green Paradise House

This beautiful home is located just 15 minutes from downtown La Fortuna, in a quiet and safe area surrounded by nature. It offers the perfect balance between comfort and peace. Far from the traffic and noise of the busy tourist center, you can relax, enjoy the sounds of the jungle, the volcano view, and the comfort of a fully equipped home.

The property features a private pool with night lighting, a spacious BBQ area, and a small jungle trail behind the house where sloths and other wildlife are often seen. There is also a cozy outdoor ranch with hammocks, perfect for resting and enjoying the breeze after a day of adventure. The pool is set apart from the house, making it less accessible to small children and providing added peace of mind for families.

Inside, the living room features a large, comfortable couch and a television, perfect for winding down with a movie or show after a full day of exploring. One of the bedrooms is specially designed for children and includes two twin beds, a crib, toys, stuffed animals, and thoughtful touches to help little ones feel at home.

With four bedrooms and full air conditioning throughout, the home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests. You will find fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and everything needed for a relaxing stay. For your security and peace of mind, the home is located in a very safe area and is also equipped with a full 24-hour monitored security system.

As a special touch, stays of two nights or more include one complimentary traditional Costa Rican breakfast for each guest. This meal is lovingly prepared by my mother and offers a warm, homemade experience. Additional breakfast service is available upon request for an extra charge.

I cannot say enough good things about this property and its hosts. We were a group of adult friends going for my birthday and the layout of the house was like we each had our own apartments and space inside the same house. Such a fun unique setup! There was a little sloth sanctuary outside by the kitchen patio for early mornings and private jungle walking trail. So many beautiful birds, flowers, plants and the largest bamboo I’d ever seen all onsite. We were slightly worried before our stay about the safety of staying out in the jungle, but this place could not have felt more safe. The owner owns all the surrounding land, with a couple more rental units and their parents close enough by we could see it and walk there each, but all far enough and facing different ways that everything was still very private. And it was actually wonderful to have them closer by. One morning they even made us a lovely homemade breakfast with organic ingredients at their house along the water. It was my birthday and they made me feel so special! When we went for breakfast the father played guitar and they all sang me happy birthday, they got me an amazing birthday cake that was so delicious and one time I had to run over and borrow some butter in the middle of my own breakfast making and they were always just so kind and so welcoming. It was a truly magical stay with the kindest and most considerate owners ever! We absolutely loved it and would totally go back!!
