Loved the property! Room was spacious and clean. The view of the volcano from the property was amazing!! Breakfast was really great!! Amazing rice pinto and cheese made our day. Having microwave and small fridge would have been helpful!!

This hotel offered a great view, had a close proximity to a lot of activities, as well as free breakfast and a one time laundry service. However, although it is a buffet the selection is limited and is portioned to assure all guest have breakfast.

The location was clean, beautiful, and well situated towards La Fortuna and the Hot Springs. The breakfast buffet was great in terms of satiating us with traditional beans and rice, scrambled eggs, pancakes, toast, cereals, lots of fruit as well. The pools were nice and clean as where the bedrooms. My own suggestion would be to add conditioner to the menu of soap and shampoo.

The hotel room was nice and clean, however, the rooms are dated. The basic rooms the beds are a bit springy, the WiFi was very spotty, it has two pools on the smaller side yet they are nice and clean. The view to the Volcano is spot on! The breakfast is good. The staff is very nice, friendly and attentive
