Beautiful and the food was good. Other guests stole our pool towels, but the attendants replaced them for us (otherwise it’s a $10 charge per towel). The longer water slide is wild fun.

The hotel itself is dated. The reception area looks like it has not been upgraded since the 70s. Room for 2 adults 2 kids were big but very dated with motel feel. Room 212 required a shuttle to get to breakfast, pool, reception. It can be quite slow and inconvenient. Had to wait 15-20 mins a few times. Breakfast was good. Los Lagos with family of four.

Every bit of our stay was amazing! Our room was plenty big for the four of us, beds were comfy, and AC worked perfectly. The property was so beautiful and so much to see and do. The pools, the slides and the breakfast were definitely the highlight. My kids didn’t want to do anything else but play on the slides. We were only there 3 nights and wished we were there longer! We’ll definitely be back.

This place is so beautiful! All the rainforest jungle landscaping is phenomenal. The location is perfect in the middle of all activities and the view of the volcano is the best. We had both a sunny day, cloudy and rainy day and all were great there. The hot springs are well shaded from sun and rain. The buffet breakfast is great and my kids loved the nachos, burgers and wood-Fire pizza at the bar. Their Asian salad was amazing as well! I was happy with the prices being very reasonable - $10-$12 meals. My daughter and I even shared a pizza a couple times so that was a $6 meal for us each. I was surprised it didn’t feel crowded, even during spring break.

This was a beautiful property with great amenities! The view of the volcano was spectacular, too! They offered many activities and several thermal pools along with 2 water slides. We stayed busy at the resort with zip lining and enjoying the pools. They had a great observatory for viewing the voclano. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Breakfast & lunch were both great, as well. I would go back to this resort in a heartbeat!

Absolutely loved this hotel! My 7 year old was obsessed with the waterslide and went down about 200 times. We stayed 4 nights. The property is gorgeous with a stunning view of the volcano. The hot springs were great. Swim up bar was fantastic. Staff at the hotel are all very nice. You can drive up to the view point. Highly recommend. We walked up which took about 50 minutes. Bring water and should be fit as it’s uphill. My son was able to do it. We would absolutely stay here again!!

This resort is OUTSTANDING!!! If I could rate more than 5 stars I would!!! Immaculate grounds and staff were always friendly and helpful. We booked a superior Mountain View room and that is exactly what we received. A perfect view of the Arenal Volcano. Very spacious room and bathroom with a beautiful balcony. The hot springs were amazing!!
