Great Hotel.
Great hotel. The location was perfect. We could walk to restaurants and grocery stores. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a balcony that overlooked the volcano. The common areas were clean and very inviting. Breakfast was an added bonus!

I loved the design , beautiful, & clean. Lovely staff at front desk & breakfast, They booked a tour for me & other transportation. So nice. Loved the breakfast & choices. So convenient to walk into town, 10 min. Many places for shopping & eating. Beautiful park in the center of town. Gorgeous plants.

Staff was very welcoming and gracious. Property was well maintained and clean. There were good choices for breakfast. There was a nice view of the Arenal Volcano from our room. There were birds singing in the garden.

I loved the layout of the lodge. There were various areas with a variety of comfy furniture for you to read a book, gather with other travellers to hear their experiences in La Fortuna, reflect in the gardens or sit with a beverage and enjoy the view of the Arenal mountain. The staff were incredible! The lodge provided umbrellas which we needed to use everyday during our stay. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. The rooms were small but we had everything we possibly needed like nice beds, comfy couch, fridge, coffee maker, TV options and great wifi. I would highly recommend this place!
