The room was clean. The staff was nice. The hotel amenities were very nice. The thermal spas were very relaxing the hotel property was beautiful. We were able to see many different wildlife. The only complaint I had was when we went to the restaurant to host was on his phone and when we told him we were just going to the bar to have drinks, he rolled his eyes, but the rest of the staff was very pleasant

We had a lovely stay. The room was spacious with good aircon and spotlessly clean. Great black out blinds so had a lovely sleep. We loved the wet bar and forest thermal baths. Even in the rain it was a fantastic experience. The massage we had was fantastic and the spa room had the windows open so you could hear the sounds of the forest. All staff were delightful from check in to check out. We would return.

The Volcano Lodge is very nice with a relaxing forest vibe. It provides multiple amenities like pools, hot springs, restaurant and spa. They also have options they are willing to help you book for excursions around La Fortuna. My friends and I stayed here for me and my twin’s birthday :).
