The host was welcoming. The kitchen had good appliances. The shower only had luke warm water.I felt the pictures made it look bigger than it actually was and the couch was not in good shape.

Modern, clean apartment; everything in good condition. Very nice host. Location is in a residential neighborhood, which seems on the poor side, but has a few nice apartments and shops sprinkled around. Still the area feels safe. 10 min walk to downtown, but unfortunately for the first few blocks there is no pedestrian walkway and cars pass fast really close to you. I believe there is an alternative route that is a little longer. If you drive it takes 3 or 4 minutes.

Perfect, Cozy Apartment

We enjoyed staying in this cozy apartment right in the heart of Arenal. Everything was newly renovated and very clean. They even have filtered drinking water onsite. The property managers live nearby and were very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!
