My family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids ages 9 & 15) stayed here for 4 nights in March and really enjoyed it. Property is spotless and we felt it was more spacious than the pictures. We loved the pool - smaller than an actual pool but bigger than a hot tub. We preferred the temp setting to be warm, not hot - Rebecca will set it to whatever temp you'd like. My 9 yr old played in here whenever we were there, and it was a great spot to have coffee in the mornings, as well as cocktails at night. Rebecca was excellent at communicating, replying to questions within minutes via Whatsapp. The alarm system takes a bit to get used to, it's very thorough! But once you do it's easy. The pictures of the surrounding land of the property should be updated, there is a house being constructed right next door. We weren't bothered by minimal construction, and workers were gone for the day by 5pm. We were so busy with activities away from the property we hardly noticed. The house is in a great location, but the road it's on does have traffic noise - we were so exhausted at night it didn't bother us at all. The market across the street is convenient, and we enjoyed walking to the El Salto rope swing from here. The free wristbands to Los Lagos were appreciated - we had so much fun there. Overall an excellent value for what you pay!
