The GRECALOTTO APARTMENT: is a two-room apartment with sea view in the fantastic complex of Porto Massimo. The flat is located on the ground floor, with easy access and internally recently renovated. Composed of a comfortable living room with kitchenette. The bedroom has a direct exit to the veranda. In the living room there is a sofa bed suitable for two people. The covered veranda is habitable, ideal for dinners or breakfast overlooking the sea. Equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and Smart TV. Beach use of the residence is available (1 sunbed + 1 umbrella) subject to availability, 100 meters from the house. A few steps from the flat we have a bar and marina as well as the famous restaurant "La Scogliera" which welcomes its guests from land and sea. Private parking 1 - free (on the front of the residence, subject to availability). Private parking 2 (at the rear of the residence and subject to availability).
