the faulty arms hotel

the hotel is under construction but continues to accept guests. the front door didn't open properly, there are two elevators, one was not available to use and the other one failed in the early evening. neither one of them was working the next morning. the hallway was cluttered with workmen who were preparing the hallway walls and painting. the heater in our room intermittently provided warm air, then cold air. it even kept running when we turned it off. when we called down for a couple blankets we were told it might be awhile because the place is understaffed. finally, when no one bothered to come up, we walked down the stairs to retrieve them around 10 at night and then back up stairs again to the room . . . and we are not young.

Where’s the maid service?

On the second day, nobody clean our room, or refreshed the towels. On the third day when the maid came to clean the room, we were leaving, and I told her to start cleaning. She cleaned the bathroom, but then we left. When we returned, the towels were all on the floor in the hallway and the bed has not been made. I was extremely disappointed that our room had not been cleaned for the second day in a row. I talked to the front desk and all they could say was they were sorry.

Wonderful 3 night stay

The staff was wonderful, the breakfast and breakfast room was well maintained and well stocked with good food and refreshments. The room was comfortable and temperature controlled. The carpets could be due for upgrading but they weren’t bad just dated and a little worn. Great restaurants within walking distance. All in all a very nice place to stay.

Room was clean & the beds were comfy. Water in the shower was hot and the pressure was excellent. Breakfast was better than expected.

Beds were relatively comfortable and room was clean. Can't watch tv because Direct TV service keeps cutting out. Pool and hot tub when open was barely adequate. Staff seemed lazy and not helpful. Will not stay again

Pretty good overall my only Complaints would be The hotel is very close to the freeway so it is very noisy all day and all night with the cars and my room was next to the maid's equipment room so every morning I would hear a lot of banging and talking. But I liked that there was a lot of parking the breakfast was pretty good the staff was nice And the rooms were decent.

The staff is amazing. The breakfast room is very clean fully stocked and the staff that works in the toom are super friendly. They have a great variety of food and its easy and convenient. Have stayed here twice and its has been a great experience both times.

I booked a room which specifically in the description says it has a balcony. When I checked in and went to the room there was no balcony. I asked the staff what happened and they told me the room I booked didn't qualify as a room with a balcony. Either they need to fix the website's description or I need to be compensated some type of way.
