Carpets in hall were stained. Our first room we were offered smelled of urine. The urine smell was beyond strong. The desk clerk Jose did not hesitate to give us another room. We also had to watch this garbage grow day by day next to the ice machine. Also requesting room clean up before 8:00 am is absolutely ridiculous. Also needing a key to enter the lobby was again stupid. It gave me a feeling of not being safe on this property.

My booked this as I’ve stayed at other La Quinta locations before and was impressed by the comfort and breakfast. This particular location was extremely convenient for freeway access and access to Knotts Berry Farm. Disneyland is also only 12 minutes away. The overall experience was great. My son is on the spectrum and they were very accommodating. Cleanliness was good but I guess unless you ask, they will not service your room. The mattress was a little sunken in. The temperature control was good and easy. It is a little dated as the windows were scratched up. The bathroom doors were most inconvenient as they seemed like you were opening a closet. The breakfast was a basic continental style; cereal, bagels etc. Another property I stayed at had hot options, so this was a little disappointing. Food access within walking distance is ok but mostly fast food. Overall, I would stay again. Good place.

Everything was good except that I booked for Queen bed but this property only has full bed. I suggest to reflect in the website what is available so no surprises. It was uncomfortable for two people in a full bed. The shower knob is loose - we waited for hot water to come and you have to turn it again for the water to get hot.
