Localização boa, atendimento deixou a desejar

O chuveiro é muito bom, localização boa também, chegamos de trem e fizemos tudo a pé, tem uma pizzaria na frente deliciosa. A limpeza dentro do apartamento foi boa, tudo certo. A janela virada pra rua vedou super bem o som, de qualidade !! Pelo anúncio e pelas fotos esperávamos uma varanda, mas não tinha. Uma das janelas do quarto dava para um foço feio, não tivemos coragem de abrir a janela desse quarto. O apartamento é reformado mas o prédio não é muito agradável, as escadas são sujas, a entrada meio escondida, vou deixar uma foto aqui O atendimento deixou a desejar. No anúncio falava para entrar em contato com antecedência pra fazer o check in. Falaram também os idiomas que eles atendem, inglês estava entre eles, mas na prática acho que só falavam italiano mesmo. Liguei para confirmar a reserva e quem me atendeu não falava inglês, mas falou que iriam retornar, aguardei 24 horas e nada, liguei novamente e não conseguiram me responder se a reserva estava confirmada. Depois disso me mandaram mensagem para fazer o check in. Depois de chegamos lá que foram nos passar a senha, o que ao meu ver deveria ter sido passado com certa antecedência.

Horrible. No pudimos pernoctar. Cuando llegamos se dieron cuenta de que habían dado la habitación a otros huéspedes. Solicitamos la devolución del dinero y nos dijeron que no era posible. Nos tuvimos que buscar otro hotel y pagarlo. Queremos el reintegro de lo que pagamos.
