Our stay was fine, much to do around this area. Plenty of places to eat or visit. This hotel is walking distance to the beach and park areas. This property sits next to the lake which is an advantage because of the view. An old place, reminded me of grandma’s place. Easy parking.

Hotel staff very friendly. Beautiful views. Older accommodations but clean. TV didn’t work but staff notified me of this on check-in, something that was just an issue that day. Bed very comfortable. Was quiet. Used just for an overnight but wish I would’ve had time to roam the area.

This is an older motel, but it is super clean and has all the amenities. This is our third year and will keep coming back. The staff is very friendly, the pool was pristine and the grounds were well manicured. Walking distance to shops, resaurants, bars, live music, beach and the view is killer! High recommend!

Half moon is truly a hidden gem! Set back enough to enjoy the views of the lake but also close enough to all the action downtown. Great walking distance from endless food options, Entertainment, live bands, bars, restaurants, beach, arcade games, shopping. All the things you'd want on a perfect vacation. All the best things of weir's Beach wrapped up in a perfect resort. The staff is amazing, caring and they will go out of the way to make sure you have a perfect experience. They offer a private pool and on spot parking literally out side your door so there's not a single inconvenience. Most cabins have screened in decks perfect for chill nights watching over the boardwalk and perfect for watching fireworks with our having to pack and drive to them. The fun never ends at half moon. They make you feel like you've stepped back and can actually relax on vacation. We've stayed in the same cabin twice and it never disappoints. Everything you need at home is there, while still being able to enjoy views and fun! It's a dream come true!

The property’s location is amazing. Pool area was fabulous. As for the rooms, I can only speak to cottage 16 and it was run down and smelled bad. Maybe the other cottages are more updated

Fun place to stay at a reasonable price straight out of the 60s. But there have been upgrades, like the bathroom had a nice new tub with shower. Also the front porch was great to sit and look out over the lake. On the other hand it’s been years since I had to sleep in a double bed, not even a queen. Did not sleep that well. Party goers outside my door late into the night on the porch, but it’s Weirs Beach so I had to expect that. Good place for an overnight when you are going to a concert.

We were expecting a King bed and ended up with two doubles. Expedia's fault not the hotel. Beds were comfortable and room had a great view of the lake. Electrical outlets were mostly located in the kitchen. Not convenient for today's power needs.
