The web site stated that there was rooms for Smokers. thats why I booked with yall.up on arrivale we were told that there was no rooms for smokers ,when website said there was, so we went some place else. You need to put right info on website because some people still Smoke.

We checked into our room and was already disappointed. The building did not look like it did in the pictures… we thought we would check in and at least see the room before making our decision to not stay. After seeing the room, it smelt like smoke, curtains wouldn’t close, door was so banged up it wouldn’t close all the way. There were also some unsettling people lingering around the outside of our room. After returning to the front to tell him our concerns, the gentleman said he could not help us or refund us without the managers approval. We weren’t happy. We were told after we booked the room even though the entire facility didn’t not match a single photo they have on their website. We left without a refund and will be returning only to get our money back from the manager.

Everything was nasty and horrible. Bed. Sheets had blood and poop stains on sheets. Bath tub was horrible, broken pain pieces in the tub and filthy with dirty stains all around the tub. Face bowl had nasty hairs in it. I have pictures and videos to prove everything I’m saying, and would be very glad to share them with you! We were moved three times and this was at 12:30 am in the early morning. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a stray dog! I would definitely say stay away from Expedia for booking a room. Lastly I want a full refund for this stay and I’ll post my videos and pictures on Facebook book, so it can help others to not book with Expedia because y’all use the most filthy and nasty run down motels. REFUND MY MONEY and I’ll never ever use y’all again!!
